How your details
are used

When you enquire about coaching, a rep-book session or music services, I use the information you provide to respond, discuss your request and arrange any agreed sessions or work.

The enquiry form

The enquiry form is hosted by Airtable. Your name, email address, age, and one or more services you're interested in are required. You can tell me what you'd like to work on, including whether you'd prefer online or in person and your rough timing, and attach sheet music, recordings or other files. These details and attachments are optional. If you are under 18, I will ask for a parent or guardian's name and email, and will arrange bookings and payment with them.

Submitting the form saves your enquiry and any uploaded files in my Airtable enquiry system. I use those details and materials to contact you, confirm availability, timing and fees, and prepare for the session or project.

Please share only the information needed for your enquiry. You can discuss any additional requirements directly with me. Enquiring does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

Scores and recordings

If you share a link, the material stays with the service where you host it, subject to that service’s sharing settings. Please check that I can open it and that you’re comfortable with who else can access the link.

Website and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website. Airtable processes and stores form submissions and uploaded files, and email providers handle messages you send by email. These providers process information under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare and Airtable.

The embedded videos are hosted by YouTube. When you use the player, YouTube processes information under Google’s privacy policy.

This website does not take payments or collect card details.
